MARTIN, Circuit Judge:
This case presents the issue of the enforceability of a forum selection clause. The plaintiffs, on behalf of themselves and a purported class of others similarly situated, filed a declaratory judgment action outside of the contractually chosen forum, and the defendant moved to dismiss based on improper venue. The District Court denied the defendant’s motion, concluding that giving effect to the forum selection clause would be unreasonable under the circumstances. After thorough review, we reverse and remand with instructions to enforce the clause and dismiss this action…
