Appellant Mindy Slater appeals from the dismissal of her claims brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (Title VII), the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Fla. Stat. § 760.01, et seq. (FCRA), and the Florida Whistleblower Act, Fla. Stat. § 448.102 (FWA), against Energy Services Group International (ESGI), her former employer.
