OPINION
TOM R. CORNISH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding was brought to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed to Debtor’s former spouse for infliction of gunshot wounds to her head. The Court finds the debt is nondischargeable. In making that determination, the Court also values the Plaintiffs claim at $265,-000.00.
