FINCH, Judge.

This is an original proceeding in prohibition seeking to prevent respondent from enforcing an order that relators answer an interrogatory propounded by a defendant in a suit pending in the Circuit Court of Jackson County.

Relators, Dorothy Gray and L. L. Gray, her husband, brought suit against two osteopathic physicians, Drs. Young and Schwab, seeking damages for medical negligence, for various breaches of the physician-patient relationship and for common assault.
