The principal question in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County, in Equity (Mitchell, J.), was clearly in error for permanently enjoining the appellants, Steuart Transportation Company and Steuart Investment Company, from mooring oil barges against the pier in front of their property in Piney Point, Maryland, and from constructing a pier from any part of their property for commercial or industrial uses.
