Defendant (Appellant) was convicted of Robbery, Ind.Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979), Criminal Confinement, Ind.Code § 35-42-3-3 (Burns 1979), Kidnapping, Ind. Code § 35-42-3-2 (Burns 1979), and Attempted Murder, Ind.Code § 35-41-5-1 (Burns 1979) and of being a Habitual Offender, Ind.Code § 35-50-2-8 (Burns 1979) and was sentenced to a total of ninety (90) years imprisonment.
