In these appeals it is necessary to ascertain, whether, at any time, there existed a resulting trust in favor of Mary Greer, in the lot of ground described in the proceedings, and now in controversy.
A lease of the property for ninety-nine years, renewable forever, was executed on the twenty-fourth day of June, in the year eighteen hundred and forty-three, by James Howard McHenry to George Baughman.
