This case arises from a dispute over intellectual property rights relating to solar energy technology. Pending before the Court is a motion [doc. # 1] by Plaintiff Solar & Environmental Technologies Corporation (“SETC”), pursuant to Rule 65(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Proce dure, for a preliminary injunction in aid of arbitration against Defendants Stanley Zelinger, William Dampier, Samuel Lazzara, and Ted Kobayashi (collectively, “the Defendants”).
