This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court affirming a decree of the circuit court. In deciding the case, the Appellate Court delivered the following opinion:
“Appellee, as the administrator of S. James McKee, deceased, filed his bill in equity to foreclose a mortgage executed by appellant for $4000, May 17, 1889, with seven per cent interest, payable semi-annually, to Charles E.
