The primary issue presented on this motion for summary judgment by defendant Roche Vitamins, Inc. (“RVI”) is whether the protections afforded employees by the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 34:19-1, et seq., (“CEPA”) extend to independent contractors.
