The appellee’s driver’s license was suspended by the Office of Driver Services of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance & Administration pending the adjudication of her DWI charge. Pursuant to Act 802 of 1995, the appellee filed a “de novo petition for review” of the agency determination in circuit court. DF&A faffed to appear at the hearing, and the trial court entered a judgment in favor of appellee.
