*205Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Margaret L. Clancy, J.), rendered October 2, 2006, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first and second degrees and four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 17 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
