Marion Franklin Campbell was convicted of burglary (OCGA § 16-7-1), criminal attempt (OCGA § 16-4-1), and robbery (OCGA § 16-8-40). He enumerates as error the admission of an audio tape of a pretrial voice lineup, arguing that he did not consent to this use of his voice and that the lineup was impermissibly suggestive.
