Appellant filed a bill for injunction in the Circuit Court of Cook county against the appellees, and after answer filed, appellees filed a cross-bill praying for an injunction against the appellant and other parties. The cause came on for hearing before the Honorable John P. McGoorty, who associated with himself the Honorable Jesse A. Baldwin and the Honorable Thomas G. Windes, judges of said court.
