This suit was brought in the Circuit Court of Alcorn County by Jamie D. Perkins, administrator of the estate of W. C. Swinea, deceased, against the Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company, the Illinois Central Railroad Company, and Sam King, the engineer operating the engine of the Illinois Central Railroad Company on the occasion here involved.
