JACKSON, Justice.

Parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court.

Plaintiff wife sued defendant husband for a divorce and in the petition asked for a division of property. About seven months later, and before trial, the parties entered into a property settlement agreement in which the husband agreed, among other things, to pay “the attorney’s fee *386* * * for and on behalf of” the plaintiff “and all costs of this action, including the fee of one Mr. Gene Dunbar, an accountant appointed by the Court to act for and on behalf of” the plaintiff.
