This is a divorce action in which judgment was rendered July 31, 1951. At the time of the trial plaintiff was 63 years of age and defendant 67 years.
The chronological order of events terminating in this litigation is as follows: The parties started keeping company together in 1946. At that time de fendant was a married man and the father of six children. Plaintiff was a divorcee five times married.
