Mr. Justice, Carter

delivered the opinion of the court:

Plaintiff in error filed an application for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation act for the death of her husband in 1917 on the premises of defendant in error, the Wabash Railway Company. The Industrial Commission entered an award in favor of the administratrix, but on review in the circuit court on writ of certiorari the record was quashed and judgment was entered in favor of defendant in error. The caüse has been brought to this court by writ of. error.
