This is an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Probate Court of Hancock county, overruling exceptions of Mary Alice' Shafer to the inventory of the estate of Alvin Ross Shafer, deceased, filed by Aubrey R. Moul, administrator with the will annexed, and adjudging that Trudie L.
