We are of the opinion that the facts in this case should be more fully developed in order to determine the guilt or innocence of the defendant.
The record discloses that the complainant, Anne C. Mattus, is a police officer assigned to the bureau of police women. She *224testified that an automobile which she was operating on August 24, 1940, was slightly damaged by the taxicab operated by the defendant, who was accused of having left the scene of the accident without reporting it.
