This is an appeal by the People from an order setting aside an information following a motion by defendants under the provisions of section 995, Penal Code. The information charged Oliver Massengale, Jr., Charles Arthur Massengale and William Theodore Lindo with extortion (Myra Teed) (§ 518, Pen.
