Plaintiff, Dennis J. Hardin (“Hardin”) has filed a 31 page, 145 paragraph Complaint alleging that his former employer, Defendant American Electric Power (“AEP”), has discriminated against him by failing to accommodate Hardin’s disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
