OPINION OF THE COURT
SHERIDAN, District Judge.
Appellant, Dorothy Ammlung, the ad-ministratrix of her son’s estate, brought this suit in the district court against ap-pellees under 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1988, seeking damages and injunc-tive relief from various alleged unconstitutional actions. The case arises out of the incidents and circumstances surrounding the death on January 24, 1970, of Russell Ammlung, appellant’s son. The facts, as set forth in the complaint, are as follows.
