MORROW, Presiding Judge.
The offense is murder; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for life.
It seems that the appellant and his wife were in their house alone; that at some time between the evening of the 20th of April and the morning of the 21st of that month, the throat of the appellant’s wife was cut and she was killed. The appellant’s throat was cut.and he was wounded. There was a razor found, and its condition, together with the appearance of the premises, indicated that the homicide had been committed with the razor in the house in which the deceased and appellant were…
