First Texas State Ins. Co. v. Bell

This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the appellee for the sum of $187.50, the balance due upon a policy of life insurance. It appears from the evidence that the appellant had issued a policy of insurance upon the life of Ella Bell for $250, in which the appellee was named as the beneficiary.
