This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the district court of Garza county. Appellant sued appellee insurance company to recover the amount of a life insurance policy in the principal sum of $3,000, payable to her as the beneficiary and wife of the insured, Jabus H. Floyd.
The company's answer consisted of a general demurrer, general denial, a special denial of the liability of the defendant company in any sum whatever, and specially answered, in effect, that the policy is absolutely null and void, and that the defendant is released from any and all liability upon the ground that the…
