^Appellant, DeSoto Gathering Co., LLC, appeals a judgment of the White County Circuit Court issuing a mandatory injunction for removal of a natural gas pipeline and awarding treble damages for trespass to Appellee, Janice Smallwood, as well as court costs, filing fees, serviee-of-process expenses, and witness fees.
