Plaintiffs in this action, NTN Bearing Corporation of America, American NTN Bearing Manufacturing Corporation and NTN Corporation (collectively “NTN”), are manufacturers, importers and/or exporters of ball, cylindrical roller and spherical plain bearings (“antifriction bearings” or “AFBs”) from Japan subject to the proceeding below.
