This is a proceeding supplemental to an execution, to compel the surrender of a promissory note in order that the proceeds thereof might be applied on account of a judgment. This is a proceeding supplemental to an execution, to compel the surrender of a promissory note in order that the proceeds thereof might be applied on account of a judgment.
