This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a judgment entered for the defendant upon the finding of the court at the close of the plaintiffs ’ case.
The action was to recover the unearned premiums at the time a certain fire insurance policy issued to the plaintiffs was canceled by the defendant insurance company.
