On April 23, 1930, the plaintiffs filed their petition asking for the rescission of a contract entered into between plaintiffs and defendant and for judgment against the defendant for $1,’200 for money paid on the contract. The allegations of plaintiffs’ petition were that on- June 28, 1928, one Frans Jansen, agent of the defendant, called upon the plaintiff John B.
