She instead seeks an award of those shares to husband, who is a valued, longtime employee of Middleton; a minority shareholder aligned with Middleton’s majority shareholders, Glenn and Judy DeFord; and the spouse who wants, and whom the DeFords have selected, to become the majority shareholder of Middleton.
