FLAHERTY, Judge.
Munnira Mithani (Claimant) petitions for review from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that denied Claimant’s claim petition. We affirm.
The following factual summary is taken from the WCJ’s findings of fact. On or about January 24, 1994 Claimant filed a claim petition against Mt. Airy Lodge (Employer) where she had worked as a waitress for eight years.
