Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Nolan Jr., J.), entered January 26, 2011 in Saratoga County, which, among other things, partially denied the parties’ motions for, among other things, summary judgment.

In 1997, plaintiff (hereinafter the husband) commenced an action for divorce against defendant (hereinafter the wife).
