OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

In this interlocutory appeal, we decide whether a general contractor contractually assumed a duty to the employee of a subcontractor. Because neither the contractual language in the Contractor Policy stating that the general contractor is responsible for ensuring that subcontractors are trained in OSHA standards and local safety regulations nor the language in a subcontractor agreement giving the general contractor the right to fine subcontractors that violate rules and regulations affirmatively evinces the contracting parties’ intent to charge one of the parties with a…
