MEMORANDUM ORDER

JED S. RAKOFF, District Judge.

In connection with a lawsuit brought in New York State Supreme Court by respondent William V. Watkins against petitioner John Cenci, petitioner seeks release of the portions of the respondent’s Presentence Report that relate to respondent’s financial condition, as well as any statements made by respondent to the Probation Department concerning the respondent’s financial condition.
