OPINION OF THE COURT ON FURTHER REVIEW

FOREMAN, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted of possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, and possession of marihuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 834 (1976). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four years, and total forfeitures. The convening authority approved the sentence.
