OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION IN LIMINE

LAWSON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs have filed a complaint alleging that the minor plaintiff, Chelsey Amlotte, suffered damages as a result of medical malpractice committed by doctors at the Alcona Health Center in Lincoln, Michigan. That facility is a federally supported medical clinic, and its covered physicians are deemed employees of the Public Health Service. See 42 U.S.C. § 233(g). The plaintiffs’ claim, therefore, has been filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq., which is their exclusive remedy…
