MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS CASE

This matter came before me for hearing on the United States Trustee’s (“UST”) Motion to Dismiss Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) or in the Alternative Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3).
