The plaintiff-appellant, Charles Dryden, appeals from the order of the trial court granting the defendants-appellants, Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company and three of its employees, summary judgment in an action that arose out of Dryden’s termination by the company. Dryden’s action included claims against the individual defendants for tortious interference with his contractual relationship with Cincinnati Bell, invasion of privacy, and defamation.
