’ In this legal malpractice cáse, appellant Joseph Pressil sued appellees-Jason A. Gibson, Clifford D. Peel, II, Andrew C. Smith, and Jason A. Gibson, P.C. d/b/a The Gibson Law Firm (collectively, the “Gibson Parties”) for negligence, gross negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty arising from the Gibson Parties’ representation of Pres-sil in a lawsuit.
