Winchester Oil Company and Samuel Vaughn appeal from a judgment awarding *37Dale Glass and A.V. Taylor a fifteen percent of seventy-five percent interest in an oil and gas lease pursuant to an oral agreement with Sam Vaughn, president of Winchester. The trial below was to the court, which entered findings of fact and conclusions of law.
