This is an appeal from a second refusal to open a judgment entered by confession. The first petition was refused by the court below on May 8, 1940, and on appeal to this court the order of the lower court was sus tained and the appeal was dismissed. Greiner v. Bru baker, 142 Pa. Superior Ct. 538, 16 A. 2d 689.
