This appeal from criminal convictions comes before this court on farther review from the decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals. State v. Veiman, 95 NCA No. 7, case No. A-94-551 (not designated for permanent publication). After a bench trial, the appellant, Reed A. Veiman, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and colliding with a fixed object.
