Suit upon a promissory note. Answer that the note was given for the last payment of the purchase-money of the land described in the following deed:

“ This indenture witnesseth; that George Fearn, Mattie L. Fearn, Samuel Fearn, Jr., Emma Fearn, George S. King and Harriet L. King, of Carroll and Trimble counties, in the state of Kentucky, convey and warrant to Kennedy Brown, James B. Curtis of Jennings county, and Alexander A.
