STORY, Circuit Justice.

This cause was argued at the close of the last November term of this court, and derives some of its interest and importance from the character cf the parties, who are both clergymen, and the nature of the bill, which contains charges of fraud and misrepresentation. On the 21st of June. 1801. the parties entered into a written contract, whereby the defendant sold to the plaintiff a farm situate in Swan-sey, and agreed to execute a deed for the same in six weeks from that date.
