I. INTRODUCTION
This case was commenced by Scott Township Sewer and Water Authority (STSWA) for the collection of unpaid charges for water, sewer, and fire protection fees.
Ease Simulation Inc, the defendant, has challenged the fee imposed by STSWA for both water usage and fire protection services. The defendant challenges STSWA’s fees on two grounds.
