H. D. Watts, clerk (or ex officio clerk) of the county commissioners of Sumter county, received an injury for which he sought compensation under the workmen’s compensation act. From an award in his favor by the industrial commission the alleged employer and the insurance carrier appealed to the superior court, by which court the award was affirmed, and the appellants excepted.
