In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10 to terminate parental rights on the ground of permanent neglect, the mother appeals from a fact-finding and dispositional order of the Family Court, Kings County (Grosvenor, J.), dated January 27, 2010, which, after a fact-finding hearing and a determination that the mother permanently neglected the subject child, and upon the mother’s surrender of her parental rights to the subject child on consent, terminated her parental rights and transferred guardianship and custody of the subject child to the petitioner for the purpose of adoption.…
