In Re Estate of Wagner

The appellants, Lyman Wagner, Genevieve Beerbohm, Lois Ann Tank, and Del Nor Sazama, four of the six children of the appellee, Delphine Wagner, appeal from an order entered by the district court for Dodge County, Nebraska, vacating a previous order entered by the county court for Dodge County appointing a conservator for Delphine Wagner and setting aside a certain lease of land owned by her. We affirm the decision of the district court vacating the appointment of a conservator and reinstating the lease.
